On August 13, 2005 there's going to be a Protest March/Rally held in Washington,DC to protest the abusive treatment of inmates. This is going to be a huge event and there's already several advocate groups and individuals who are going to attend. The purpose of this event is to "wake up" the government and the public to what's actually taking place behind the prison walls IN AMERICA! Abu Ghraib is no different than a daily event within our own prisons, yet no one seems to care about our own American citizens' abusive mistreatments. Please pass this message on to others who may be interested in attending. There will be a dinner planned for the 12th and the rally at [Lafayette] Park on the 13th.
